2nd. After downloading the file Put it on Fiddler2

3rd. Download Fiddler2 @ http://fiddler2.com/fiddler2/version.asp

4th. Open your NS.

5th. Go to ACADEMY.

6th. Put Level you want.

REMEMBER:
Do not abuse the Cheat for EXP you may use these 10 Level per day.
